This policy relates to the customer personal information collected by Sara’s Cleaning. Throughout this policy, we collectively refer to our company as “Sara’s Cleaning”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

We limit the collection of personal information to what is reasonably required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We collect personal information in the following ways:
- Directly From You: You may provide personal information to us over the telephone, via text message, mail, email, third party messaging platforms, or directly in person to a member of our team.
- Via Our Website: You may provide personal information on our websites. This includes ‘Quote’ forms where you can submit initial information to start the process of receiving a Quote and/or information about our services. We also collect certain types of information electronically when you interact with our websites which include cookies & web beacons.

By using our services and products and/or submitting information to us in connection with using our services and products, you are providing your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in this policy. - To help troubleshoot an issue with our apps or underlying infrastructure

- Service location information related to the delivery of our services

- Your feedback and comments related to the delivery of our services
- Internet activity such as your interactions with our service website
We collect, use, disclose and retain the above categories of personal information for the purposes described in section 6 of this policy.

We are committed to keeping your personal information safe and accurate. Personal information will be protected by security safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity level of the information. We have implemented technical, physical & operational safeguards in an effort to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. Despite our efforts we cannot guarantee that our measures and safeguards will be sufficient, will not be breached, and that your information may not be disclosed or otherwise accessed in any unauthorized manner. We advise you to consider this before using our service and/or when providing us with information that you wish to keep private.
11. Accessing Your Personal Information
It is your responsibility to provide correct & accurate information. If you notice any errors in your personal information or need to update it, please let us know. You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, subject to any legal restrictions. We will require you to verify your identity to ensure that the request is authorized. We may request that you specify the type of information you would like to access. If we are unable to complete your request within 20 business days, notice of time extension will be provided within 20 business days of the initial request.

12. Cancellations and Trip fees
At Sara’s Cleaning, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, we have the following cancellation and trip fee policy:
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to complete the cleaning due to:
- The business being closed without prior notice
- The space already being cleaned unexpectedly
- Denial of entry (e.g., locked doors, no response)
A $35 trip fee will be charged to cover our time and travel expenses.
The cancellation or trip fee will be added to the client’s next invoice or charged immediately.
Clients with repeated cancellations may be required to prepay for future cleanings.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
13. Service cost
Prices for Sara’s Cleaning are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as increased costs of supplies, labor, or other operational expenses. However, we will make every effort to provide advance notice whenever possible.
- All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Any changes in pricing will not affect services already booked and confirmed with a deposit (if applicable).
- Promotional discounts or special offers are subject to expiration dates and may be modified at our discretion.
14. Modification & Updates To This Privacy Policy
We may occasionally update this policy. Any changes we make will become effective when we post a modified version of the policy on this webpage. Use of our services after an update constitutes consent to the updated notice to the extent permitted by law.
